One off consultation
After answering some questions we’ll meet so I can hear more about your business and your challenges or growth aspirations. I’ll either share ideas or suggestions for your consideration real time or I’ll go away and write these up for you for you to go away and start to implement.

One on one coaching
After answering some questions on what it is you think you want to tackle during a coaching session we’ll meet virtually to see what we can unlock. My goal with this is to leave you feeling like you’ve got actionable and achievable steps you can take in the direction you want to, while feeling sparkly and empowered to do so.

Ongoing engagement
Either regular check ins on progress and establishing the next horizon off the back of the consultation or a series of coaching sessions over time depending on where you’re at and what you’re after!
